holistic health in general she lives

oh thank you guys what a sweet intro it's so fun to be here talking to you today cool well we thought

we just start by hearing your story of how you started Primely Pure.

I know a little bit just from following you and have been a product user and lover for a very long time.

But I would love to hear how it started in your kitchen.

What made you even want to look into the ingredients that you were using and create clear alternatives?

Yeah, so it started as a result of like my own skin journey and in high school, junior high,

starting in junior high, I started to get acne and that continued into high school, college even.

And I fully went the conventional route to treat it.

I mean, I always kind of knew there had to be more to it than just like using prescription

ointments and like taking antibiotics, which is what I was prescribed, like over and over

for my acne, which just made it worse long term,

of course, because it wrecked my gut.

And so I knew there had to be more going on, but didn't really, like, have the answers.

I mean, this was back in early 2000s.

So, like, it's not like it is today where we can like research things easily and find information.

And I grew up in a household that like the mindset was very much just like trust what your doctor says,
