and the dissolution of the American family, glamorizing gangster rap,

because they could entrap more young black men or Latinos and throw them in the prison system because they were making money in the prison system.

But the prison system also is still doing MK Ultra experiments.

And they're doing lots of experiments with implants which are illegally put in them they can
