So last week we missed our usual date. Sorry. You needed more personal time anyways.

And time to reflect because when we are off of technology and we do things we love or we focus

on ourselves and our well-being, we can heal and take time to be better. I do want to do a

mini review on what happened last week and how we can learn from this process. I'm also going to ask you for some

public service podcast. Welcome to Wabi Sabby. So last week, we skipped out on the pod. Over the past few weeks,

I work in Animal Rescue in New York and a quick little brief, you know, note on what had happened. I've been going through a lot of

weird emotions and changes and I'm trying to figure out how I can best serve my community.

And I had really gone out there and gone deep into animal rescue.

And I had an accident.

And I had been injured very badly.

And what happens if I continued to ride my bike all over town and like go and see new apartments and

Greenpoint and focus on so many things going on that I wasn't taking care of my health

and I actually had to go to the ER per my doctor's orders and get an IV of antibiotics.

And I had to get several rounds of it.

I was in the hospital by myself all day in the emergency room.

And there was not one soul in there that wasn't either hurting, suffering, or getting help from a nurse or doctor.

There was a man two beds away from me that was wailing in pain in Spanish, and everybody around us just felt for this man.

There was another gentleman next to me that his diagnosis did not look very good.

And there was another woman to my left where as I parted after hours and hours of being there

and being served by the wonderful people of New York City, Brooklyn in particular, we had wished each other well.
