How can we actually crawl out of the pit of loneliness?

And that's what it can sometimes feel like, this absolute pit of despair, that could even

lead to depression many times.

Now, oftentimes people who experience extreme loneliness or this deep depression that

it can sometimes lead to, it can make us feel that we have to pretend to be

happy even though we have so much pain inside. We can feel that our relationships are shallow.

When we see other people who are happy and together or couples, it can make us feel upset or even

angry. We can get overly attached to people who we might have just met. We're constantly

worrying about whether or not people like us, especially if we are our authentic self.

Sometimes we can really feel like getting out of bed, even if we had enough sleep.

Now, Cygnus National Survey on Lon loneliness revealed that loneliness is truly now an epidemic,

not just because of COVID-19. It is truly a problem. Nearly half of Americans, for example,

report sometimes are always feeling lonely. Could that be you? Well, if so, though you might feel

alone, you are surely not. Now, today we're going to be speaking about a very, very dear sister named Aisha and kind of the loneliness and depression that was so deep for her that she almost didn't crawl out of it.
