It has been a crazy month.

Why? Why is this horrible?

Well, that's because I'm still not back home yet from Europe, and I'm recording this on my phone microphone.

I'll talk about that in a second.

But back from where you may ask, if you've been listening the last few weeks or following me on social media, you'll know that my partner and I have been spending an entire month in Europe. Two weeks in Germany, a week in England for the world-renowned

QED conference, and a week in Ireland for a conference that Annie was invited to attend. It's been

amazing so far. This is my first time in Europe, and we've really made the absolute best of it.

Suffice it to say, for a lover of history like yours truly, it has been amazing to see so many places with histories that are much deeper and older

than documented European American history. We saw churches built in the 1300s, libraries with

books hundreds of years older than the American Constitution. We toured a bunch of museums

and all types of other tours that we just could never get back home in Seattle.
