1:01.3	It's a pleasure to welcome you to this Monday Night Teaching from Spirit Up Center.
1:08.1	If we've not met before, my name is Jack Cornfield and this is the 36th year
1:14.4	that I've been able to teach these Monday Night classes.
1:17.9	This mostly was once a week for 30 some years and last few years it's been once a month
1:24.9	and I'm really grateful to be able to do it, to reflect, to come together, to share with
1:31.9	you and somehow to listen because more than anything I see these as a reminder of what we
1:40.4	already know in our hearts but think it's lost in the busyness of our lives.
1:47.4	It is as we all knew a really divisive time, a lot of division, political, of course very
1:55.4	obviously for those of you who are in the U.S. but other parts of the world socially divisive.
2:01.4	How do you relate to people who are different?
2:06.4	By the way, they're all different but the ones that are wildly different in stranger.
2:13.4	The fact is we're all strange and we all took this human incarnation and in truth we have
2:22.4	more in common than not in huge ways not only 99.9% of our DNA but when we see one another
2:34.4	with the heart of wisdom, with the eyes of wisdom however strange the other seems
2:41.4	when we look in the eyes of another or we just gaze over it another in a simple way
2:50.4	and see them with the eyes in heart of wisdom and we're reminded that it's a bigger and different game
3:00.4	than all our ideas.
