investor and owner Corey Woodruff.

Now Corey is the owner of CMH Capital and his team currently owns four mobile home communities

throughout multiple different states.

He got his start in the MH space about four years ago and up until recently has been

working a full time job while building his dream mobile home park business.

Now as of today, as of this recording, Corey is now a full time mobile home park investor

so he successfully quit his day gig and he's pursuing his dream of building cash flow

and long term legacy wealth in the mobile home park space.
