And today we are going to be in section 121 through 123 of the Doctrine Covenants.

And these sections are a piece of a letter that was dictated and written from Joseph Smith

on March 20th, 1839.

And so today, what is known as section 121, 122, and 123, they were canonized in 1876,

and they are portions of this letter.

Now, what's interesting is there's a lot of pieces left out.

I don't know who chose what was included in the scriptures.

But we are going to include the entire letter and the show notes where we've identified
