• Most people are held in by walls they have built themselves.
• Your worst enemy may be living between your ears.
• There are no limits except the limits we place on ourselves with our beliefs system.

• Progress comes from getting outside your comfort zone and take massive action.
• Your peers affect your belief system, be careful who you associate with.
• Don’t identify with your limiting beliefs, don’t make them your identity.
• The key to getting past limiting beliefs is first to recognize that they are there, then replace them with positive thoughts, images, and other beliefs systems. Question everything, take massive action.
• Action diminishes the fear in limiting beliefs.
• Just Do It!
• We live what we tolerate. Do not tolerate fear, excuses, or limiting beliefs.
• Childhood beliefs often have no basis in fact. Replace them.
