With five and a half years of experience working remotely in the technology space and ten plus years working with customer facing teams across multiple industries, John has stepped into the role of chief operating officer at Kinstah, where his responsibilities include hiring and

onboarding, as Kinst has grown from a team of 20 to a team of more than 120.

He didn't write his first line of H- H2M until he was 25 years old.

Within three years, John was working full-time in technology.

First is a freelance writer for technical websites

and eventually is a support engineer at Kinsta.

From there he moved into management roles,

initially as the chief customer officer and now is CEO. When he's not driving company-wide

strategy and finding ways to help our distributed team stay connected,

John can be found in rural Georgia with

Oh, thank you so much for having me. It's an honor to be here. Yeah, looking

forward to it. So we've got a couple of questions really that I want to jump into pretty quickly but why don't you just quickly tell us what Kinsday is so we've got some background on the type of company that you're running to? Sure absolutely so Kinsta is a managed WordPress hosting provider, which means we provide

a managed web hosting that is specifically geared for hosting WordPress websites.

Wordpress being a very flexible content management system that can be used for everything

from business websites to e-commerce to really just about any type of web presence.

So Kinsta was founded in 2013.
