What?

This year has been, I think, no matter what side of the coin, you fall on a tumultuous one, there

have been many times towards the end of the year that I have found myself saying, well,

at least we had Hamilton, because it has been, there's been a lot. And I wanted to take some time this episode to talk about kind of some reflections,

some things that I'm thinking about for the year and also what I'm doing,

looking forward and give you guys some tools that you might be able to use as you move

into 2017. Also, in case you are new to the show, I do a solo episode for the last episode every

month. And so this one is sort of a double whammy with being the last episode of the month

and of the year. And it is kind of a double whammy with being the last episode of the month and of the year.

And it is kind of fascinating and blowing my mind that we are at episode number 121.

That is crazy.

And it is really interesting because I don't feel like I'm 120 episodes in.

And at the same time, I definitely feel like I'm 120 episodes in.

And, you know, I say a lot of times with my kids who are almost three now,

and they were baby babies when I started this podcast.

People a lot of times are like, oh, you know, how does it feel for your kids to be almost three? And I'm sure people ask all the time, how's it feel for your kids to be going off to college? And I always say like, well, I don't feel any older, right? I think that we had kind of a point in our adulthood where we've even just, I mean,
