We're all a busy people. My name is Philip Kulachov and this is 300 seconds about business.

We're all a busy people, so I'm five minutes or less to get my point across.

Here's five for you. Profitable businesses have no place in our modern

worldview. For example, we can talk about the readiness of our televised culture

to accept practical socialism or the arch-typical character of the greedy

corporate leader impoverishing neighborhoods in destroying ecosystems. But I think we couldn't

find a better example to demonstrate the unwelcome guest syndrome we assigned to a profitable business

than the propagation of woke ideology within and out of the business world itself.

Virtue signaling political jargon that comes out of corporate America

speaks to the misunderstanding not just of profit or even enterprise itself.

It speaks to the misplacement these businesses have on the people they claim to be serving. Our culture resides within a fruitless

worldview and a fruitless worldview has no place for fruit. But because there are both

innate and inherited principles that work in this world that are out of the

corporation's control, the fruit of business endeavors still shows up. And it tastes great.

Even aesthetic hypocrites, no material pleasures when they see them.

But what comes with it is a misplaced sense of guilt.

The fruit they experience has no place in their fruitless worldview, and so they signal virtue to

clear their guilt.

We see this occur in different scenarios with different conclusions.
