been looking forward to this interview because we are taking a deeper dive into the

gig economy and talking about how it can provide all of us with a little more financial independence.

And we are doing it with a woman that I know you've heard of.

She is the brains behind Stella Endot Family Brands. She is the founder and CEO. brains, Stella and Dott. It is the online and offline social selling company that has jewelry and accessories.

So I made the mistake of starting a very interesting conversation

with Jessica before the microphones were turned on.

I had a producer early in my radio career who used to yell at me,

save it for the air, save it for the air, save it for the air, and that's exactly what I

felt like and you were telling me why you feel so passionate about all of these Stella and

that sales people, consultants who are forging their own way to financial independence.

Well, Jean, first of all, I'm excited to be here and I feel very value-aligned with you in terms of how important it is for women to be financially independent

because money can't buy you happiness but it can buy you choices and the choices you
