So today we're talking about what to do when you run into your ex.

First off, most of my clients actually live in the same place as their ex.

They have circles of people, right?

Like they have a lot of mutual friends.

They go to a lot of the same places.

Maybe they go to the same gym.

They're around like the area around the neighborhood quite frequently.

And so the likelihood of them running into each other is very real and nothing is worse than running into your ex totally unexpectedly.

Right. You show up weird. You show up awkward. you do something that you wish you wouldn't have,

you say something you wish you wouldn't have.

And I find it so funny and interesting because even though we know we'll probably run into

them at some point, we still don't plan for this to happen.

Like, hello, why don't we do that?

Let's create a plan.

Let's be proactive, right?
