Well part of the reason that I did this meditation tonight also is that it connects with what I wanted to talk about.

And before I went down to Joshua Tree four weeks ago or so, for the those of you who were here on that Monday night, I did a talk about identity and taking different aspects of

our feelings, our thoughts, our opinions, our family heritage, our religion,

or whatever it happens to be our race or our orientation. heritage or

religion or whatever it happens to be our race or our orientation and so forth as an identity and how identity is actually quite fluid

and that we can identify with all kinds of things and that it becomes helpful to not have a rigid identity, but rather to see that we're

connected with all things.

So this is kind of a way of following that, a theme.

And I'm also, I'll start with this.
