Well, it's a great pleasure, kind of sweetness to come into this room and be with people as I have

so many times over the years and a little less frequently in this last year or so from

traveling and other things.

It's still wonderful.

And I've come back from some other teaching outside of Spirit Rock.

I was just at a conference of almost 10,000 therapists at the conference center next to

Disneyland in Anaheim, the largest seemed fitting somehow to put the two groups together. And there were all these great elders of the psychological world

speaking, various famous psychologists and psychiatrists and so forth.

And there was conversations about how to deal with the psychologists and psychiatrists and so forth.

And there was conversations about how to deal with depression and anxiety

and mood disorders and there was, you know, different kinds of therapies of CBT
