Well, thanks for having me, Nate, glad to do that.

Background of myself, I'm primarily a construction guy.

Work out of the sock rapid store was a service clerk.

Moved up into parts, became parts manager, and then service manager,

then moved over technical support, taking technical communication calls, and then service manager, then moved over technical support,
