0:51.6	My name's Dave Gratton.
0:52.7	I work here in Holly. We actually grew up on a farm by Laramore North Dakota. When I got done there, I graduated from Laramore. Then I went to the U of M where I actually seek a bachelor science degree in agronomy and graduated from there in 99. I worked in some ag retail businesses from there, selling seed
1:14.1	chemical fertilizer, agronomy services, and joined RDO in 2004, and as an account manager,
1:22.0	sales, and I've been here for 11 years. Really don't have any specialties, kind of a jack of all trades.
1:29.4	Worked with a lot of the GPS equipment right away in the beginning to understand and learn
1:33.7	that equipment and earn my way being an account manager here for 11 years.
1:39.3	You say you don't have a lot of specialties, but I know that you're really up to speed on a lot of the latest technology.
1:43.4	So I'm really excited to talk to about variable rate seating, which is pretty new and not a a lot of specialties, but I know that you're really up to speed on a lot of the latest technology. So I'm really excited to talk to you about variable rate seating, which is, it's
1:46.9	pretty new and not a whole lot of people really know or understand how it works, and myself
