When did street preaching start?

Because I think that sometimes we think

that that's like a relatively new thing,

but as we look in the scriptures,

I mean, we see street preaching in the Old Testament.

So we say open air preaching?

Open air preaching, sure, in the Old Testament.

We see Jonah for the city of Nineveh as one example.

In the New Testament, we have Jesus

and the sermon on the Mount.

We've got the apostles in the temple.

We've got the Apostle Paul on Mars Hill.

So all throughout the New Testament and Old Testament,

we see open air preaching.

And then throughout history,

we have very important catalytic moments

when God used open air preaching to do something amazing.

One prime example would be the Reformation.

Is chewing ice completely out of the question?
