119. You know come and say hi, hang out a bit have a cup of tea or whatever else they have there

You might even get to meet M or the girls depending on what they're up to that day. It would be lovely to see you if you are about.

You know, we can say happy holidays to each other.

And speaking of happy holidays, that's got a little bit to do with today's episode. It is that time of year when I

hear from so many people who are contemplating reaching out to an X or to

somebody who they fell out with, they're contemplating reaching out by text, possibly by Facebook message or by Facebook like.

Sometimes they are thinking about sending a gift, and only maybe like one or two

instances that I hear about being prepared to make a call or pop in. Now this is something that can actually happen at any time of year.

This is a dilemma that people face all year round. And so it's not just about Christmas, the holidays,

New Year, you know, one and two, I don't know,

end the year on a good note or wanting to have a clean slate

or whatever.

It's also really at other parts of the year

when birthdays, anniversaries, that type of thing comes up.

And so that becomes the question of,
