and sauna which is something that we've talked about a little bit on this podcast but really ourselves haven't

dove super deep into until this year and so just in

in our own journey and research of trying to figure out what red light therapy

is the best and what sauna is the best to get, we came across sauna space and

Brian who's the CEO and founder and he puts out so much

good content and information about red light and sauna in addition to creating just like top of the top

quality sonas and red light therapy lights.

So we'll get into all the specifics of why they're so great,

but for me, myself, after doing a lot of research, because these things are spendy on sonas.

There are so many different sonas on the market.

There are so many different red light therapies on the market, but many of them have really high EMFs or don't have certain types of,

don't have the full light spectrum, like there's all these different specifications,

but I came across this sonna that is has a built-in grounding mat has an EMF shield. It's a far infrared sonna so it uses the full spectrum of light and it is super efficient so you can get like the benefits of what you would get in an hour long

So you guys have been asking about it because we've shared it a little bit in our

stories. Jeremy's been using the sonna. I obviously haven't been using it

pregnant but one of my driving reasons for

getting it was just for healing and recovery postpartum, so I'm super excited to
