Hello everyone and welcome to the adventure sports podcast.

This is Caleb. I don't know about you guys, but there's always been a part of me that has

dreamed about doing one of the major through hikes. That is the Appalachian Trail, the Canyl Divide Trail,

or the Pacific Crest Trail. Those are usually the ones which people talk about. And just the idea of

being in the woods for months at a time with intermittent breaks to resupply and traveling such a

great distance on foot has always been something which has attracted me. And that's what this episode is about.

In this episode, Mason interviews Nick Cornett.

Like many of us, Nick lived a lot of his life doing the nine to five job.

But then on doctor's orders, he decided to quit his job and to do a through hike starting with an Appalachian Trail for

Rebirth and after that he did the Continent Divide Trail and then at the time that this episode was

recorded he was gearing up for the Pacific Crest Trail all will embracing the kilt as a symbol of freedom, hope, and warmth.

It's a really great episode.
