Well, both.

So one, earlier today, I have an office.

You know, I share an office with my publicist Drina.

And like, for the longest, part of our lease agreement, we have to have insurance for the office.

And I guess the coverage has to be up to $2 million.

And let's just say we've been craftily avoiding our rental office because we were like,

ah, $2 million.

It's going to cost us a billion dollars.

So finally, like, you know, year two of us having this office, they sent us like, you know, a very ominous letter that is clear we can't ignore them anymore.

So I made some calls.

There was actually an insurance company inside because where we have our office,'s like it's like a it's a building

with many offices it's not like a we work because you have your own individual office so it's like an

office park I guess kind of um so I reached out to them and I was holding my breath because I'm sure

if they were going to say like you know a, a thousand dollars a month. Try like 50.

I was like, oh, 50 bucks a month.

All the time.

We were avoiding, you know, insurance because of the coverage.

Now I realized I'm like, oh.
