Now? During the pandemic? Yes,...life goes on.

Breaking bad habits and forming good ones has always been hard for all of us, but it doesn't have to be. Like anything else in life, if you want to create a better situation for yourself you have to skill up. In this episode we discuss the Four Laws of Habit Change and how you can use them to make a HUGE difference in your life.

You may have already noticed that YouTube, Instagram, and on Twitter, people are starting to post things for Ramadan because, yes, it's only three weeks away.

It has almost like creeped up on us.

Despite the fact that there's a pandemic, life goes on.

And Ramadan's going to arrive whether we realize it or not.

And so at the end, we have to think about what are we going to do at this time of year,

the time of year where this baraka exists,

where we can finally change bad habits that we have, get rid of them, form new ones,

and have a better version of ourselves where we can feel happier.
