Hello and welcome to episode 116 of what most people think. I'm actually off this week.

The misses demanded it. I'll be working. I haven't had proper time off for a long time.

So it's a free line whipped from the misses. But I didn't want to let you guys down.

And specifically obviously podcast listeners, but I have patrons. This is the whole point about having a patron that keeps the podcast weekly and add free.

I've got clients, babe. Got clients. So I don't have some of the usual weekly stuff here because I'm actually recording this on Friday the 12th of November.

But it's all going to be ready. I'm going to have it edited. So go up as usual next week while I'm selling myself here in rural Cambridge.

So it's a guest episode this week with the brilliant Rachel Paris. I've been wanting to speak to Rachel for a while.

Obviously my co-host. I'm not even a co-star of the match report. She's the big star. I pop up the occasion of time.

Obviously she was a huge breakout star of that show. So in the conversation we talk about her experience of being on the show, what it was like for those clips to go viral and bear in mind.

You've got to remember that those were more of, I mean, we're talking like millions.

And we'll speak about it in the interview and the impact that that had on her career, you know, both good and bad in terms of the kind of trolling you get.

But she's very positive about stuff. We're getting insight into, you know, Rachel's politics. She actually, a lot of people might think that, you know, she's a raging lefty and stuff.

But I think the truth as it comes out is a bit more moderate than that.

And it is not. Look, I don't know what you've heard about me, you know, this far right, hard right guy or a bloat playing a character of a conservative.

This podcast is just trying to have a laugh and at the same time get to grips with a kind of fairly reasonable view of what's happening in Britain.

You know, we have a mix between shows where we talk about social and political stuff and we have these full guest shows like for high profile people like Rachel.
