And today we're going to be talking about is college worth it today? Yeah. In this day and age. Is it a, is it a worth it to invest in our higher education? Yeah. I think it's an important question because really feel like the past two generations it's been considered like

a no-brainer right yeah it's like of course you want to send your kid to call it it's like

of course um and during that time do you feel like it made sense why as to why i i think i think

like in my generation it kind of made sense.

And in the previous generation, it definitely made sense.

Yeah.

Right.

But now my gut feeling is that it doesn't really make sense for most people.

And there's a clear reason for that, right? Like, so just like with the housing market, what we saw, if you look at a chart

of housing prices, right, what you see is that housing prices really start to skyrocket until 2007.

This is a huge, and then it crashes, right? There's that big housing crash in 2008 around there.

And then it bottoms out in like 2013 or something like that. And then it starts to skyrocket again. And for the past

like four years or so, we've been at like all-time highs. And you can, if you just look at that

graph, you can see it's a bubble like if you look at the historic

prices of houses they're kind of rising and then all of a sudden it starts going super steep

and that's because the government decided to start helping people out right and so they started
