Summary

Today's episode was inspired by a Braveheart question on instagram asking how do I handle "starting over" after hanging out with an ex? Most of us have been there, felt like we were starting over in our healing journey after a hiccup in our recovery.

Learn how to handle situations like this in a new way that catapults the recovery process and helps you show up differently in the future.

What to expect:

  • Understand why you do the things you wish you wouldn't have
  • Learn how to recovery from behaviors you're not so proud of quickly and effectively
  • Become the person who up-levels after each breakup hiccup
