Well, I think the first thing that we need to recognize is, actually, I'm going to make

that the second thing we need to recognize.

The first thing we need to recognize is that there's kind of two extremes out there.

There's one extreme in which we need to seek out God's will in every little thing, what

coffee shop should I go do, what should I eat for lunch.

And often when we're hypersensitive to what we think, all of these little things that God

wants us to do, we become unbiblical with our ways of pursuing knowing God's will.

We think that we can find signs.

We think we can flip God's will coin or open God's word and point randomly to a verse.

And that's going to tell us, or look up at the clouds and the clouds are going to shape

and form.

And that's going to point us in the direction that He wants us to go for lunch.

That's unbelievable.

The opposite, though, of course, is thinking that God doesn't busy Himself with those small

things.

He doesn't pay attention to you going to coffee with your neighbor.

He doesn't pay attention to the route you take to work.

And so, you know, there's these two extremes.

And I think for us to be able to really hone in, the first thing we need to recognize is

that theologians point out that there are ultimately two different kind of God's will.

It's one God, one will, but in two ways.

And the two ways that we need to identify is His secret or hidden will and His revealed
