So many of us are feeling helpless and afraid as we watch numbers soar on the news and other social media. Neighbors seem to be turning against neighbor as everyone is eyeing everyone else to see who could infect them.

In our response to the madness comes our fear. It can be hard to know how to manage it in such a time.

These are really difficult times. I mean, in the past week, I've just seen complete madness. I don't know how it is where you are. People fighting in grocery stores, just getting super easily agitated online. People looking at each other like, does she have it? Does he have it? And just distancing themselves in a way
