We were like talking for the last five, ten minutes about all the

things we should be talking about. We're like, why aren't we actually talking about these things?

I'm just over sleeping, over drinking, over, over anxious. That's my strategy for the surviving the coronavirus.

Okay. Hold on. I just want to back this up for a second because I am a therapist for therapists. I have in my life as a therapist, I have had many therapists come to see me,

individual therapists. I actually think it's been a challenge because sometimes we get it in our

mind that we should be able to fix our own problems as therapists.

And I'm kind of wondering from your point of view as a therapist.

Now, you're not going necessarily to couples therapy, though.

I mean, I know that you and Rebecca have done that in the history of your relationship together.
