Her money comes to you through PRX. Hey everybody it's Gene Chatsky. Welcome to her money very glad to have you along and I have a question. Are you a manager or are you a

movement starter? It's actually not my original question. It's the question Jennifer Dalski is asking the world

this week as her new book hits the shelves and kindles everywhere. Jennifer is a leader, she's

an entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in successful startups

and big-brand internet companies. Currently, she is head of something I'm sure so many of you already belong to. She's head of groups

and community at Facebook and before that she served as president and CEO at Change.org, a social enterprise company that empowers people everywhere

to start and win campaigns for change. Her new book is called Purposeful. Are you a manager or a movement starter and it walks us

through the steps that we all need to take to go from idea to impact as well as learning the leadership skills necessary to rally people

around a common cause.
