So, the whole Russiagate scandal, the attempt by members of the intelligence community to target people who are members of the Trump campaign and do so on the basis of extraordinarily thin evidence.

This is particularly true with, for example, Carter Page, who is targeted on the basis of essentially no evidence other than weird allegations made in the steel dossier.
