Summary

In this episode, Melissa dives into the power of recognizing what’s no longer serving you—and how to take action from a place of clarity and intention. She explores what it means to have a solution-oriented mindset and how even the smallest changes can create more ease in your day. Melissa shares how she’s been eliminating decision fatigue and why setting up her day starts the night before. She also talks about the importance of taking honest inventory of habits like alcohol and caffeine—and how eye-opening that process can be. Plus, she opens up about a recent shift in her routine—getting in the shower earlier—and the surprising difference it’s made in how she feels. This episode is a gentle nudge to tune in, take stock, and start creating real change from the inside out.
