Introducing my right hand woman Nicola.
Most of you already know her but I am sure you will learn a lot about her background and what makes her a) such an amazing human and b) such a brilliant and caring coach.
I am also VERY excited to say that she will be coaching on commit to 6.
We talk a lot about chronic pain. Our experiences and how there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
I really hope you enjoy this one.
