Something's Off and it should be a really interesting podcast today I'll tell you why.

My friend Brian Brushwood, a rogue magician and podcaster and everything else, has come back

to talk with me about a really interesting issue involving

Yemen and Saudi Arabia and several of you reached out after he came on last week and said

that you found him delightful and you wanted to get your foreign policy opinions from a magician, as do I.

So we're going to talk about that because something really interesting is winding its way through the

Senate right now. It's going to be up in a day or two, but basically the Senate might declare a war unconstitutional

and that's a big deal in terms of what it means for the government and also what it

means for us helping bombs fall on the Middle East. We're also today going to skip

headlines. Now this is the first time I've done this. We're going to do something

different I should say. I don't want to get too formulaic. I enjoy

doing the headlines. I really like finding weird stories for you guys and

then commenting on it. I'm not going to stop doing that but I want to try

something different and it might go completely off the rails. It might be terrible.

I don't know. But I think if we're going to make this work, I have to have a really high embarrassment

threshold. So we'll see and it should be interesting and on top of everything else
