Summary

Air Force Special Warfare will be implementing some changes into the contracts of new recruits and crosstrainees called the Special Warfare Open Enlistment. This are excited changes for the Special Warfare career fields and something that has been in the works for a long time. The Ones Ready team will discuss what these changes are and what they mean for you going forward. These changes will not only help the career fields, but also help to align a person's personality traits and aptitude to a Special Warfare job that best suits them. Finally, the Ones Ready Team will give you their opinion on the changes that have already been implemented for the better part of a year.
