So I've just returned back from a week back east on a little business trip.

I was officially looking at the retreat house that I've had my eye on for quite some time.

But the really cool thing is is I had originally put an offer in back in May and I could see

where the price needed to be.

And so it's really interesting because after that series of eclipses and everything,

I think a lot of us have been doing through this time, may it be in blocking, expanding,
