Hi, welcome to this week's Righteous Remnant episode. This is Ashley.

And this is Dennis.

And today it's more of a discussion.

We're going to be talking about where we should draw lines in terms of who we fellowship

with.

Just because every church believes in different things and considers different people,

Christian, non-Christian.

So let's go ahead and discuss these things.

Sounds good. The first thing is where these lines happen is basically where there are major and minor doctrines. And so I don't know if you

wanted to go ahead and explain a little bit of what those doctrines look like. Yeah.

So the essential idea is that, especially in Romans 14, Paul talks about how we shouldn't divide over disputable matters, right?

And the examples that he gives are, like some people believe you can eat meat.

This was a big deal back in Paul's day, right?

Because they were afraid that some of the meat sold in the market

might have been sacrificed to an idol.

So there was a debate in the early church,

like, is it okay to eat this meat?

Because what if it was sacrificed to an idol, right?

And Paul makes his position clear.
