Hi folks, it's Ragoo and it's Ramdas here and now I've got a very unique podcast today.

I've got a couple of different excerpts that when I listen to them earlier today, they both hit me right in the sweet spot.

So I hope they do with you as well and I'll give you a little brief idea of what they are in a second.

I want to alert everybody.

This is an alert that there are still spots open. I haven't done this before around our Maui retreat in the spring.

Lamat Sultramaliyoni who has not been to one of the the big retreats we hold a couple of times a year and she does incredible work for everybody out there that you can take advantage of that's around dealing with disturbing emotions, dark emotions, inviting them in.

It's called chod practice and it's in English the best way you can translate it is feeding the demons meaning the darkness inside us and it's a fabulous practice. She's somebody out there teaching so as Sharon Salisbury and so is Rameshwar Das doing these wonderful he is a co-author with Ramdas and the last polishing the mirror.

He loved now and he does with these wonderful meditations in the morning and and also hangs out with Ramdas doing Dharma sessions and it's a it's just a wonderful day.

My wife Sarswati will be there teaching yoga, Benji, Worthheimer and Shantala will be doing the music for yoga and Benji.

I'm sure we'll be sitting in with Krishna Das doing the nightly kirtons.

We got our fun stuff that I do with Duncan Trussell our podcast guru. He'll be out there as well and Tegong what else is it like.

Nina does the chalises. It's a rich rich event so there's still spots left because we've only had it up for about four or five weeks I guess since the beginning of January.

Cove right on the beach in the Napili Kai and some of us that are having like not so good weather right now can relate with the beautiful warm breezes of Maui thinking of being on that beach and hanging out with the dolphins and going and chanting a little meditating a little.

So I just want to I want to give that prompt and if you're going to take advantage probably should do it sooner than later because this thing does sell these do sell out because it's such a great thing it's been going on for God long time now.

How many years eight years something like that.

Almost all the whole time Ramdas has been in Maui which is more than eight years but so here we go this I just want to give you a little.

Idea of what it is these two beautiful talks are I mean they are really great the first one I'm going to play is.

It's called every where you look it's not called this but this is the theme of it every where you look you see what you're looking for when you're looking for God all you see is God.

And then Ramdas gets into this.

Constant all the way through the talk it's got a very meditative quality both of these things do although there isn't a real mediter of real there is a meditation on the end of the part of the second.
