0:34.0	It's, well I'm going to describe the talk in a minute but I just want to say a couple

1:05.8	time ago and we were approached by a couple, Joseph and Johanna, Joseph Tigger and they
1:16.0	produced this wonderful program with Ramdas and Stephen Levine.
1:21.9	I don't know, many of you know who Stephen is.
1:25.3	He passed about a year ago, unfortunately.
1:28.1	He was one of the great teachers around life transition, death and dying and he did a lot
1:38.8	of work with Ramdas and they did this retreat that was filmed actually at the end of this
1:45.5	or just around the turn of the decade into 1980, 1979-80 and so out of this footage they
1:53.5	put together this, I mean it is really super in terms of all of the fantastic teachings
1:59.7	and information that comes from both Stephen and Ramdas and there's a lot of metaphors of
2:10.1	course around life transition, dying and our denial of it.
2:15.6	Stephen elucidates incredibly well and Ramdas talks about how we can use all of that life
2:25.7	event for our day-to-day enlightenment.
2:32.4	That's a big word but becoming more and more conscious through everything that appears
