I get questions all the damn time on supplements, but somebody asked specifically in the group,

actually worth spending your money on? Now, the funny thing about this is there aren't too many

that are actually worth spending your money on, but there are some that actually can benefit your health significantly.

So today I'm going to break down which ones are bullshit, which ones are worth spending money on,

and exactly why. All right. Let's kick this off with all the bullshit supplements, because to be honest with you, there are probably more bullshit supplements than there are good supplements.

And the funny thing about the supplement industry is it's a multimillion dollar industry,

if not a billion dollar industry.

But the thing is it's like a sexy thing, right?

And we've gone through all these waves where for a long time, people, when steroids were first

introduced into the fitness realm, people saw results go through the roof.

And I think marketers and the media took a hold of this and utilized it for marketing

purposes because people saw the results, athletes and bodybuilders and people were getting

from steroids, clumbuterol, all these illegal supplements that can essentially help you build more muscle,

get shredded, and look completely different and perform completely different.

And they would sponsor these athletes, put them in the magazine, and then you would find out that

Ronnie Coleman was drinking way protein from XYZ and taking this specific test booster.

And all of a sudden everybody was

buying these supplements because they believed that was the key to his results. When in reality,

he was taking a whole ton of supplements, or I mean steroids, which is really fucked up his body now.

But that's a completely different topic. And at the end of the day, like, steroids are a personal

choice. And I believe if you want to make that personal choice, you can do so. But
