Listen, it's a great day to be here. I'm so pumped about it. I want you to know that I've done

the best I could to address all audio issues.

I'm not going to be wearing headphones this episode because I don't like doing that.

And it didn't help.

All of the audio problems that we had were not coming through those headphones.

And I know we had a lot of audio issues. There was a lot of static and

I'm sorry about that. I pride myself on creating the kind of podcast that you can fall asleep to

and not have to worry about being woken up by some loud noises. I like a sleep quality podcast. Last night,

I was listening to, you know, just some random YouTube videos as I was falling asleep. And I was like,

this is great. I like this. I like a nice, even keel podcast. So I'm sorry about all the static. I had so many emails about the noise on the

podcast. So I realize it was bad. Even had audio leaking in. Had one of the audios leaking in not uh be my wife and i realized oh okay

this is when she was doing another podcast with her friend ashley then i would have been

freaked out by that because the first lady uh that leaked through uh i didn't know who that was

but i assume it was somebody they had on their podcast

at one point in time.

So yeah, it was a lot going on with that podcast last week, and I'm sorry about that.

But this is what I can tell you.

I went back and I looked at that podcast and in the editing software.

And I now know what to look for in the podcast.

So what I'm going to do this week is I'm going to go through before I upload it and I'm
