I'm going to let you in on a little secret.

I have felt Divine Discontent regarding my podcast for the last few years.

My typical process for creating a single podcast episode takes roughly 8 to 10 hours to produce.

I script the whole thing, and I've found a style and a format that I really love.

Scripting allows me to be exact with my words, and most importantly, it allows me to fully

explore ideas because it's all written down.

When I started this podcast back in 2018, I had the time and space in my life to do a weekly episode.

Fast forward a few years, and I now have hundreds of people that I coach every week on group

calls.

I've got more books and courses in the works, and I homeschool my kids.

To preserve the quality of this podcast, while also keeping up a regular pace has become

a challenge.

A while back, a well-intentioned friend who heard me voice my discontent sent me an email

saying, can you just let yourself have a B minus podcast instead of an A plus podcast?

I have to admit, my first response to that question was offense, not towards her, but towards

the idea of putting out something that I considered subpar.

I know where she's coming from.
