You can, I believe that my son has become an instant rock star, instant.

And for that age, to develop just that simple kind of confidence is wonderful, let alone, you know, the coordination, the balance and just to fun, just that confidence where you have 15 kids following

you around everywhere you go is a wonderful it's just funny but it is one of the motivations

So have you ever heard about those crazy power stilts on people that project their users six feet into the air?

They're running and leaping over cars with the things making them look like superhumans.

Gary Armstrong is a senior vice president in sales and marketing for air trekkers jumping stilts out of Bend, Oregon. And he's with me today to explain everything you want to know about the sky high sport. Gary, welcome to the show. Good afternoon, Travis. That's good to have you. Thank you. So jumping stilts, I want to go right into it. These things are cool. I can't say I've ever had a pair of my feet, but I've seen plenty of videos

with people doing this. And these things are just this device, and I'll let you go into the build

of them, but this device that basically elevates you almost a couple feet off the ground, yet you

can jump five, six, seven feet up in the air with them. It's just a way to, it's essentially a super Achilles heel, right?

It is.

It's the first stage, really.

It's the, it's Bionics 1.0 for putting leg attachments on.

It was designed by a German aerospace engineer.

And so he grew it really big in Europe.

And it took off in Europe.
