Apologies for the absence being longer than I anticipated.

Obviously you guys need an update about that, but in short order

you can go to the blog and you can see that I got into a pretty major accident. Now before

we go any further, I'm absolutely okay. I was okay the entire time. I did get banged up a little

bit, but mostly it was a psychological setback,

the financial setback, and the inability to move out-of-state setback. That was so draining and

damaging, but again, I do want to say that I am okay both psychologically and physiologically.

So before we go any further with that, that's a big reason of what happened.

I've been trying to move.

It's been very, very difficult.

My criterion have been fairly simple.

I wanted to move into a single family home so that I didn't have to worry about any neighbors in apartment, duplex, etc.

I have my cat and I'm self-employed without any debt, so no credit score.

So these are the things that I've been trying to rent with, and especially out-of-state, it's been difficult.

I've gone out-of-state multiple times and looked at three different locations in California,

three different cities in California and also Colorado and even Arizona as well.

It's been a rigamarow just living a life less ordinary, just making sure that I have the cat,

need the cat, love the cat,

that I have a place to record and all the rest that's a step up because what's the point

in going some other place and not being happy with that since I haven't been happy with my
