1:06.3	on someone else's feed. Honestly, I don't know what I'm so afraid of and yet. So this is a really
1:12.6	good question and we've just spent the last two hours at a very cold outdoor soccer game. So
1:18.5	I'm a little bit flustered, but this is one that I could answer without, you know, kind of digging into
1:24.0	any research. So I wanted to answer it and so I came out three different ways depending on who it
1:30.7	was. So with my family, I sent everybody like this overly excited email and the shock factor
1:37.9	is totally enjoyable for me and I may be unique in that, but the fact that I've been such a heavy
1:43.6	drinker for so long, sending an email like that was I should find the email and post it because it
1:50.4	was just hilarious. It was like, I'm never drinking in and that's my decision. Like it was just
1:55.2	hilarious and over the top and way overly excited and I was I had this literal sense of euphoria and
2:03.0	just almost ecstasy when I quit drinking. It was the feeling that I never have to quit or drink
2:10.0	again. I never have to be hung over. I never have to make another bad decision. I never have to
2:14.7	worry about what I said the night before. Like I felt so much freedom. Like I had just been
2:19.6	unchained. Like I had been awoken from this just weird days of what was I doing and why and I don't
