Hello everybody, thanks for joining me today. Super excited to be talking with you about

this topic. I have my little girl Taylor here at my feet, taddling around. She's got a

little bit to say, so you may hear her. I just decided I'm going to record it anyway.

You're going to get a little Taylor in the background. This is kind of what our group

coaching calls are like, on B bold. I don't have kids with me normally. My mother not watches

them for me when I'm working, but everybody else on the call has sometimes kids in the background

and we mute everybody so that it's nice and quiet. But you know, you're one of us. If

you have kids taddling around and mess and laundry and you're multitasking, I'd love to

watch my clients in B bold cleaning the kitchen while they're listening or folding their laundry

or taking care of their little ones. It's called multitasking and sometimes we have to do

it even if we don't want to. Anyway, it's all good. So one of the things I'm going to start doing

on this podcast is sharing each week a review that one of you leave for me because I am so
