Summary
Judgement never serves us. It's small minded and fear based and toxic for our Spirits in the long run. Discernment on the other hand is wise and loving and useful to help us feel more love, protect ourselves, and deliberately create the lives we want. Check out today's episode to minimize judgement and increase discernment.

| 0:00.0 | I'm Jodie Moore at Bold New Mom. This is episode number 104 discernment. |
| 0:05.0 | This is Bold New Mom, a podcast for women and some of my favorite men who know that the |
| 0:14.0 | best gift they can give their kids is a happy, healthy, thriving mother. If you're ready |
| 0:19.3 | to be bold and you're ready to be a new version of you, you're in the right place. |
| 0:23.5 | Hello everybody, thanks for joining me today. Super excited to be talking with you about |
| 0:28.8 | this topic. I have my little girl Taylor here at my feet, taddling around. She's got a |
| 0:35.7 | little bit to say, so you may hear her. I just decided I'm going to record it anyway. |
| 0:41.2 | You're going to get a little Taylor in the background. This is kind of what our group |
| 0:44.8 | coaching calls are like, on B bold. I don't have kids with me normally. My mother not watches |
| 0:50.3 | them for me when I'm working, but everybody else on the call has sometimes kids in the background |
| 0:57.6 | and we mute everybody so that it's nice and quiet. But you know, you're one of us. If |
| 1:04.0 | you have kids taddling around and mess and laundry and you're multitasking, I'd love to |
| 1:10.4 | watch my clients in B bold cleaning the kitchen while they're listening or folding their laundry |
| 1:15.6 | or taking care of their little ones. It's called multitasking and sometimes we have to do |
| 1:22.3 | it even if we don't want to. Anyway, it's all good. So one of the things I'm going to start doing |
| 1:29.3 | on this podcast is sharing each week a review that one of you leave for me because I am so |
| 1:36.6 | appreciative when you take the time to go into iTunes and leave a review. It helps me. It does help |
| 1:43.0 | my business. It helps other people more importantly to find this podcast and these tools and this help. |
| 1:50.0 | And so I really want to encourage those of you who haven't yet to go in and leave a review |
| 1:54.6 | or to really appreciate it and it's so fun for me to get to read them. So today I'm going to |
| 2:01.4 | read a review that comes from, I don't know what your name is, but it says the title of their |
| 2:11.2 | view is I love this podcast. It's by I love this bold new mom. So whoever you are, thank you for |
