Hello hello. How are you all doing?

It is still good to be back. Yes, I know it's a few episodes down and it's not so new anymore, but it still feels really good to be back.

So, what am I talking about this week?

Well, a few weeks back, my cousin got in touch of me because she was baffled

after going on a first date that seemed to go brilliantly and the guy was like you know you're

great you're gorgeous and I mean he listed off this big old long-ass list of you know these lovely

attributes that she had but I don't think this is going to work.

You know, he was like going on about how he's looking for a serious relationship and you know, she's talking about how she might go traveling and, you know,

back in the day and another time then he would have like gone ahead and

like had this whole casual thing and blah blah blah blah blah blah and she was

left baffled going but he said that he was like okay with the possibility that I might go traveling

you know next year so she reached out to me obviously because she was baffled she

didn't know what to make her the text and I mean I did

point out that his text were super detailed I mean I didn't want to go and read out

everything that he had said but I mean it was a long I mean this is the subject of

another podcast and something that I've written about on the blog recently about how

we have to find that balance between way too much detail and not saying anything at all

when it comes to walking away from dating somebody so deciding that we don't want to

pursue further dates deciding that we're not interested.

Ghosting doesn't necessarily have to be the only thing that we do, you know, going like dead silent.
