And we're going to continue our conversation on church hurt. We talked a little bit about illegitimate versus legitimate hurt within the church.

And today we're just going to be talking a little more leaning towards legitimate hurt

and how sometimes it can be a mix of both.

So yeah, can you explain to us like what that looks like if there is some mix of both?

Yeah, so the way I'm defining legitimate and illegitimate her in this case is really by whether leaders sinned against us or not.

Okay, because a lot of times,

and this happens to everybody,

we can get triggered, right,

by something a leader does or says,

but they haven't actually sinned against us, right?

That happens all the time.

And then there's cases where leaders actually do send against us.

Yeah.

Okay.

And so I'm defining that as legitimate leadership hurt, but a lot of times there's mixture, right?

Because, you know, sometimes it's hard.
