1:07.9	Navy and has served his country for 13 years. Now stationed on shore duty in Pensacola, Florida, he is fully pursuing his dream. in Tim has been investing in real estate since 2011 where he purchased his first single family
1:24.8	residence with the intentions of forcing appreciation and flipping it for a profit.
1:29.3	This particular investment was also his first house hack and he quickly learned the benefits of long-term
1:34.0	buy and hold real estate were much more aligned with his own personal goals.
